How do I make an exchange request?

Visit the returns section on the website or CLICK HERE  to raise a request.

You can request a Exchange of the product(s) within 7 days from the date of
delivery in case you are not satisfied or size issue with the purchase. You may also contact us at care@mensoo.com to arrange for reverse pickup.

 

  1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Exchanges and store credits are available for eligible products.

  2. Exchange & Store Credit: If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 15 days of delivery. We will provide store credit for the value of the product, which can be used for future purchases.

  3. Reverse Pickup Charges: A fee of ₹150 will be charged for arranging a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to send the product back to us at your expense.

  4. Proof of Return: To prevent fraudulent returns, we request that you share a video of handing over the parcel to the courier boy. This video should clearly show the product and the packaging. Once we receive the parcel and verify its condition, we will initiate the exchange or issue store credit.

  5. Verification Process: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Only after this verification process will we proceed with the exchange or store credit.

Our team will WhatsApp on the registered number regarding the exchange. The new order gets shipped in 2-3 working days and would take 7-8 days for it to get delivered, mostly sooner depending on the region.

Note: Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, not further actions such
as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

Refund Not Available.

Partial COD Advance: For orders placed using our partial COD option, a non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of order placement.

No Refund for Returns: If you choose to return the parcel after placing the order and paying the partial COD advance, please note that the advance payment will not be refunded.

Order Confirmation: Once the partial COD advance is paid, your order will be confirmed and processed for shipment. You will be required to pay the remaining balance in cash upon delivery of the parcel.
