How do I make an exchange request?

Visit the returns section on the website or CLICK HERE  to raise a request.

You can request a Exchange of the product(s) within 7 days from the date of
delivery in case you are not satisfied or size issue with the purchase. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. You will be charged 100/- for reverse pickup. You may also contact us at care@mensoo.com to arrange for reverse pickup.

In addition, the product returned should be in the exact condition as it was
sent, along with all the tags, box and carry bag . Exchange will not be accepted if the product tags or anything is missing.

Exchange Policy

For exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is
placed. Once, we have received the product and verified, the team will follow up with the exchange request.

Our team will WhatsApp on the registered number regarding the exchange. The new order gets shipped in 2-3 working days and would take 7-8 days for it to get delivered, mostly sooner depending on the region.

Note: Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, not further actions such
as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

Refund Not Available.

Partial COD Advance: For orders placed using our partial COD option, a non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of order placement.

No Refund for Returns: If you choose to return the parcel after placing the order and paying the partial COD advance, please note that the advance payment will not be refunded.

Order Confirmation: Once the partial COD advance is paid, your order will be confirmed and processed for shipment. You will be required to pay the remaining balance in cash upon delivery of the parcel.
